*A $50.00 minimum order is required. *A $20 handling fee (in addition to shipping fees) will be added to all orders under $100. *Sales Tax is charged only to orders delivered to the state of California, Florida, Illinois, Pennsylvania and New York. *We do not guarantee that items are in stock. If any part of your order is out-of-stock, we will contact you within 48 hours. *Orders will be shipped upon authorization and verification of credit card information. *Shipping and billing address must match the billing address on the credit card provided. AVS must also match credit card. *Pricing is subject to change without notice. Every effort is made to keep pricing as accurate as possible. We reserve the right to correct any error in description or price. *Some bulk items require an extra shipping fee. Returns/Exchanges: In our commitment to provide you with superior products and the best possible service, we offer the following guarantee: All Displayarama products will carry a 100% guarantee against any manufacturing defects. If you are not completely satisfied with our merchandise, please bring the problem to our immediate attention within 15 days and we will replace it or issue you store credit. Showcases, special and custom orders are exempt. All original boxes are required. Returns are not accepted. In the event that a refund is authorized it will be made by company check. US Shipping: All domestic shipments will go Standard UPS, FedEx or truck. All bulk/non UPS shipments (Truck) will need a special freight quotation. You will be contacted after your bulk order is placed to arrange shipping. International Shipping: International Customers need to specify full country address. If you do not see your country as an option, please contact us. Enter as much address information as possible in the address lines provided. Select your Country from the pull-down menu. If the Zip Code field does not apply to you, put in NONE. To ensure correct shipping, ALL International Orders must include a Phone or Fax Number. The International Customer pays all shipping, insurance and customs fees, and assumes responsibility for any lost or damaged shipments once we have given the freight to your shipper of choice. Damaged Freight: Upon receipt of merchandise, please open all packages immediately and inspect for damages. All claims must be filed within 5 days of signing for the freight. Save all original packaging.
